A brand new, sustainable office building in the heart of Wirral Waters. hythe is onsite now, and will be complete late 2021.

Formally known as No1 Tower Road South, hythe is the first Grade A office building to be developed speculatively on the Wirral for over a decade.

hythe has been designed by award winning architects Glenn Howells, to maximise on stunning panoramic views, showcasing both the Wirral Waters waterfront, and Liverpool City skyline.

hythe will also hold the highest standards in sustainability with a BREEAM-Excellent rating, placing it in the top 10% of all buildings for green credentials. Eden’s involvement in the hythe project centred on supporting the Designer and Principle Contractor through their pre-construction phase, co-ordinating the discharge of all pre-commencement conditions and pro-actively negotiating amendments required to enable a timely and lawful commencement on site.
