Developed and designed in-house by Kingswood Homes, this scheme involved the redevelopment of a long vacant former public house to provide a new flagship headquarter office building for this local employer and house builder.

Rising from the ashes of the former pub site, which suffered extensive fire damage in 2017, the new, sensitively designed, two storey office building was designed to complement the small existing building on site, which has been sensitively incorporated to offer small, flexible office units for SME companies, together with associated car parking, landscaping and other associated works.

The significant investment required to regenerate this brownfield site will bring 30 jobs into the Borough from the existing offices of Kingswood Homes, in addition to new local employment opportunities, apprenticeships and training. Valuable support to local supply chain networks will be secured promoting wider local economic
development.
