Eden secured full planning permission for the first phase of the Urban Splash joint venture partnership with Peel L&P in 2020, The scheme brings vibrant, pioneering family housing to the heart of the Wirral Waters regeneration area at Birkenhead Docks.
Occupying an enviable position either side of the Grade II listed Grain Warehouses on the Northbank of the East Float, the scheme delivers a first phase of 30 family homes to be delivered through a new joint venture company (USP WW Ltd) which combines the award-winning, market-leading regeneration expertise of Urban Splash and Peel Land & Planning, to transform a vacant, previously developed site for flexible, waterside, family living.
The second phase of the project is expected in 2021.
