Located in the heart of Timperley, the former Pelican public house is proposed for two linked specialist developments, a 75 unit Care Home, and 22 unit fully accessible and adaptable apartments with associated access, car parking and open space provision.

The proposals will support the creation of strong, vibrant and healthy communities by increasing the supply of housing and delivering new homes which meet the needs of Altrincham. The proposals will also secure the delivery of 80-100 permanent full time jobs, covering a range of sectors including; care, administrative, hospitality and catering.
