Eden provided initial advice on the scope for a replacement dwelling within the Cheshire East Green Belt and worked alongside Elizabeth George Architecture to provide feedback on the emerging proposals throughout the design process. Eden prepared a Planning Statement and co-ordinated the submission of the planning application, negotiating with the LPA to ensure a positive delegated officer decision, with no amendments required to the scheme.
