New health club in the heart of the city.

Located within the Grade II listed Royal Exchange Arcade in Manchester, G Squared Health Club has transformed the underutilised an extensive former basement nightclub in to one of the most advanced health club concepts in the UK which opened to the public in 2021.

In the case of a listed building, any works to alter, extend or demolish the building in a way that affects its character as a building of special interest require listed building consent from the local planning authority and in this case Eden’s role encompassed negotiating both planning and listed building consent with Manchester City Council to enable works to commence as soon as possible.
