Eden Planning has supported the delivery of a new residential scheme at Redbridge Quay, located on Peel Waters-owned land within the wider Wirral Waters regeneration area.

The development, promoted by Forshaw Group and Qualis Developments, has secured planning consent from Wirral Council under delegated powers. The approved scheme will deliver 90 new homes across six four-storey blocks, comprising a mix of one- and three-bedroom apartments.

The proposals were revised during the planning process to increase the overall number of homes, responding positively to housing demand while maintaining a high-quality design. The development will be constructed immediately north of the first phase of Redbridge Quay and will front Dock Road, reinforcing the emerging waterside neighbourhood.

The scheme forms part of the £5bn Wirral Waters masterplan and sits close to the recently completed Millers Quay development. It represents another important step in the regeneration of brownfield land into sustainable, energy-efficient homes and supports the creation of a vibrant, long-term community.
