Eden have submitted an application for Phase Two of Redbridge Quays, Wirral Waters.

This next stage of development, a joint venture between Qualis Developments and Forshaw Land & Property Group Ltd, will bring 78 waterfront homes to East Float Quay at Northbank. 

Sustainability is a key focus, with homes incorporating smart electric heating, air source heat pumps, solar panels, heat recovery systems, and built-in access to electric vehicle charging.
