Eden have supported Starship Group with a full planning application for residential development at the vacant site along Leasowe Road / Greenleas Road in Wallasey.

The proposal includes seventeen new affordable homes and associated landscaping, infrastructure, -and access. This proposed use is wholly appropriate within this highly sustainable location, and the design will represent a distinct yet sensitive approach to the existing local character.

Eden’s role comprised a full planning service including the initial site appraisal, the development of the planning strategy, a positive pre-application phase in addition to a full planning application.
