Located in the Heatons, the former Focus School site in Heaton Mersey is located within a highly desirable residential area with an active and motivated local community.

Planning permission was granted for the former independent school on Didsbury Road to be demolished and redeveloped as a 34-home development featuring a mix of distinctive two-bedroom terraces and three and four-bed semis, alongside an area of public open space, improvements to woodland and the provision of a natural play area.
