In conjunction with Drome Architects, we have submitted the planning for a unique residential scheme in the heart of the Wirral. The proposal from our client – Hassett Homes – is to provide six high-quality wheelchair-accessible homes on Heswall’s Farr Hall Drive.

Located on a brownfield site, the project involves replacing an existing detached building with a new build residential block containing six apartments.

Through efficient use of this underutilised brownfield site, Heswall residents will be empowered to downsize from larger houses whilst staying in the area. This could potentially free up six houses for local families in need of more space.

We have worked closely with the local planning authority to address previous concerns and the end result, recently registered, will deliver a timeless scheme that is sensitive to the built character of Farr Hall Drive.
