Eden Planning is supporting Watson Homes on a full planning application for a new residential development at land off Charter Street in Accrington, within the borough of Hyndburn.

The scheme will deliver 40 new homes, comprising 32 houses and eight cottage flats, on a brownfield site within walking distance of the town centre. The site was recently acquired from Hyndburn Council and represents an opportunity to bring previously developed land back into productive use. Watson Homes will deliver the scheme in partnership with a registered housing provider, helping to meet local housing needs.

Eden Planning is advising Watson Homes on all planning matters, supporting the development of a clear and deliverable strategy. The project team includes TADW Architects as architect, with Urban Green acting as landscape architect.
