Eden are supporting Watson Homes with their full planning application in Hyndburn for a new residential development at land off Charter Street, Accrington

This much-needed project will deliver 32 houses and 8 cottage flats, on a brownfield site within walking distance of the town centre. Watson Homes recently acquired the plot from Hyndburn Council. Watson will partner with a registered housing provider on the 40-home scheme.

Eden Planning is advising Watson on planning matters. The scheme’s architect is Stockport-based TADW Architects, with Urban Green as landscape architect.
